Due to food safety regulations, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. provides a guarantee of customer satisfaction on all cheese purchased from our web site, provided we are contacted within 3 days of receipt of shipment. If you have an issue concerning the product, please email us immediately, but latest within 3-days of receipt of the order at info@pointreyescheese.com. You will need to identify the product purchased, state the date on which it was received, and specify your issue. We will respond to your concerns quickly.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
